BIMMERLE PRIVATE DESTILLERY
THE COMPANY – FROM TRADITION TO MODERNITY
The Bimmerle Private Distillery is already in its second generation of family ownership and was founded in 1966. The Black Forest region is also reflected in the Bimmerle company philosophy. It emphasises the use of regional products, sustainability and environmental protection.
Over the many years, the number of fine wines in the Bimmerle portfolio has increased.
The Needle Gin and the intense Wood Stork Spiced Rum are outstanding spirits that enjoy great popularity and have attracted a steadily growing community. There is also a range of liqueurs called “Happy End” with an extraordinary flavour.
THE NEEDLE GIN
The Needle Blackforest Dry Gin is a Black Forest gin through and through. Along the way, it impresses in the top 5 of branded gins, especially with its excellent price-performance relationship. Hand-picked Black Forest needles refine the full-bodied juniper distillate, which guarantees the highest level of enjoyment due to its special single-batch distillation. Selected botanicals such as lavender, ginger, citrus fruits, allspice and cinnamon give the Black Forest Gin a fruity-spicy and unique note.
THE WOOD STORK SPICED RUM
WOOD STORK Schwarzwald made Spiced Rum contains not only the Black Forest but also a part of the world. For the production, South American sugar cane molasses is fermented in the South German homeland. Fir and spruce honey from the Black Forest, in combination with cocoa, chilli, coffee, ginger and vanilla, make a spicy sweetness. The balanced combination of flavours unfolds especially pure or on ice. Simply a real all-round talent.
THE HAPPY END LIQUORS
Happy End Blackcurrant Liquor
Happy End Blackcurrant is made from the ingenious combination of blackcurrants and mild alcohol. Its unique blackcurrant flavour is as mysterious and exciting as its luminous violet colour: a little bit bitter, sweetish and slightly sour.
Happy End Snowwhite Liquor
Is a seductive cream liqueur with an unmistakable nut-nougat flavour that can only be achieved with genuine hazelnut distillate.
