Cedar Ridge
About the brand
Cedar Ridge Distillery is an in 2005 new launched craft distillery located in Iowa – USA. The former chef Kolin Brighton is responsible for the reins of the distillation process. That’s not unusual, taking into consideration that these processes need excellent ingredients, well-honed technique and expertise.
Each expression in the range has its own subtle yet distinct aromatic profile thanks to double distillation performed at a degree just slightly above the average, designed to remove the maximum of impurities from the nectar.
One of the icons of Cedar Ridge’s success story is their bourbon which, produced from their own cornfields.

American Rye Whiskey
The rye brings plenty of spice to the whiskey, counterbalanced by the corn that adds sweetness to this perfectly balanced edition. Several awards like the gold medal at the world spirits competition, make these like sweet spices and caramelized pecans tasting whiskey a real high light.
