ROBY MARTON GIN HANDCRAFTED
Roby Marton Gin is produced in a historic distillery in Bassano del Grappa: The Distilleria Monte Grappa.
Hand Crafted “Cold Compound” gin is produced from the best grains and spring waters. It is produced within two distillation processes, during the final process a part of the distillate is placed into a steel tank. There the final refinement takes place in a cold infusion of eleven different botanicals. These are liquorice roots, juniper berries, cloves, cinnamon, ginger roots, pimento berries, lemon and orange peel, horseradish, anise seeds and pink pepper.
The bouquet is complex, clean and quite intense. Spicy and citric at the same time, with a nice balance of liquorice, ginger and of course juniper. The taste is dry with an uncommon and persisting exotic spicy flavour imparted by the adding of ginger and pink pepper. The gin has a dry finish with a delicate citrus aftertaste.
Also other gins are produced like the Big Dino Gin and Gin Primo. Other spirits like Don Diego Encatador Ron and La Miscela Amaro are part of the Eleven Trade product portfolio.
